It was very easy and hassle free to set up our trust. Stephanie provided explanations and definitions that needed to be known, but did not walk through everything step by step, which would have been tedious. Would recommend her to anyone I know. |

Creating an Estate Plan could be the most tedious, Head Ache creating nightmare you've ever encountered. At first it appears easy-hey, just do this and that and you're there. Not the case with me and my situation as I have many moving parts with various businesses and a special needs child-now young adult. My family's scenario is not simple. Stephanie handled it all with smoothness, class, caring and professionalism. Although being a practicing attorney for under 10 years, her knowledge and delivery is that of a professional with many more years of experience. She treated (s) me and my family like we're her only client and as I/We went through the process it was as if we were best friends. We gave this attorney very high rating because she did an excelent job in preparing our corporation documents. We were really impressed the way she had all our documents in a beautiful leather binder with our name engraved on it. It showed there was a lot of time and care involved. Attorney Winstead also explained to us what was the best type of corporation and the best place to form it. She followed up on certain items to make sure they happened and took extra steps to do a great job. we would highly recommened her. |
