Brad was very knowledgable and returned all my calls. He was always prepared for court and I was very satisfied with his services. Brad really tried hard and it was obvious he cared about me and my children. |

I have spoken to many lawyers over the last two years and I was referred to Brad without asking several times. Not a single lawyer had anything bad to say about him. My experience with Brad was nothing but positive. Yes, he is busy. Most good lawyers are. Brad genuinely cares and I definitely recomment him. |

have to say I agree with the last poster. I went through several lawyers, and looking back, Brad was the only one I thought really cared about me and my kids. My only criticism is he is so busy, that sometimes you feel like you are put on the backburner. He will have 4-5 things at a time in docket court. |

I hired Brad for a child custody case while I was in the hospital with cancer. He kept in touch with me and even did court trials over the phone not letting the opposition know I was sick. I did not get everything I asked but maybe I asked for too much. Mid case I switched lawyers to try to get everything I wanted and ended up with a self centered money absorbed robot with no skills and really wanted to re-hire Brad to finish my case. He did care but wouldn't take me case again. |

Stops returning calls, takes a case he stated as "laughable" and starts losing his case, Know very little od Maintenance Enforcement Programmes or thinks his clients are stupid and try's to have them avoid going through them,and publicly slandered child welfare in The National Post stating "They are god-like creatures, or at least they think they are".http://www.nationalpost.com/story.htm... , I have dealt with child welfare before because of a report they recieved and the case was closed being called malicious. |
