As a lawyer that does not do real estate, little did I know what was in store for me in my first real estate purchase. I am glad that I had Geoff acting as my real estate lawyer - I genuinely believe that it was his acute awareness of all the elements to the transaction and his ability to manage and co-ordinate all those elements that the deal closed without a hitch and on time! Geoff truly added value to the transaction with his knowledge and expertise. I would recommend Geoff to anyone who not only wants to get the deal done, but who wants it done right. |

I rarely post review but I thought I would help out those seeking legal advice to see no further than Mr. Pollock. For those that think or say lawyers are not friendly people to speak with, I suggest you call Mr. Pollock and see how quickly your perception will change. In talking to Mr. Pollock I found him to be very approachable, very friendly and understanding in the matter concerning my matters. He gives best possible course of action to get you out of any legal proceeding. In speaking to Mr. Pollock, I was educated thoroughly on all possible actions and consequences. He provides advice based on actual experience encountered in the course of his practice of law. He is very honest and truthful. I would highly recommend Mr. Pollock for any legal matter in the area of litigation. He thinks outside of the box.

I have used Geoff service personally for real estate. His calm and collective manner was extremely comforting, since my transaction was not the easiest one. This lawyer is the best lawyer I have come in contact with. He assisted me with my claims and also gave all the data I needed to claim my money. Mr Pollock looked after us when we were faced with tight timelines to seal an inter-provincial house deal. He was professional and gave us his undivided attention.
