I dealt with this lawyer with my paper work. And i had a terrible experience. He did not submit the relevant documents in time and was always late. And charged an arm and leg for the work rendered, which was bare minimum from his side. I heard from other people that he worked with and they say the same thing. He will charge you a lot but in the end a 30-day process will drag for 4 months. Very inefficient. Unfortunately he is the only one in the area i was hired to take care of this matter. |

David chapman seems to know alot of inforamation and seems intelligent, however he presented steps he would be taking to make arguments and each time he failed in the court room. Alot of the time the judge did not know what was going on and alot of mishap and unjustice went on . Our lawyer did not step up and we were lied to each time about the game plan. He also over charged for his work, we spent over twenty thousand on wor that should have costed five to seven thousand according to several immigration lawyers. He seemed very promsing, he is good at making a sales speech out of the court room. |
