This guy really knows his stuff. He is very experienced and showed compassion for my situation. I was a mess when I went to see him but I felt much better after the first meeting. He returned phone calls quickly and was able to answer all my endless questions. When we went to court he was more prepared than the other guy and it showed. I hate lawyers but this guy is great! |

This lawyer was so bad for any woman who seeks a divorce from a spouse who has wealth that was earned while married. I believed him and took his advice. After 21 years of marriage and contributing to a family business, I settled for less than 1% of my spouse's income and property (worth over 1.5mm). No alimony, no retirement. My lawyer did not advise me any differently. I settled because I didn't know any better and he did not fight for me. Only my lawyer knows why or how this happened. I have my suspicions but no proof. What I do know is that he did not represent my best interests but served the other side's interests quite well. I would not recommend him for any divorce proceeding, especially if you are a woman looking for a fair settlement. There is a reason why lawyers have such a bad reputation. I found that out the hard way. Know your rights. Don't depend on your lawyer. I did and it cost me dearly. |
