Ms. Earnshaw made it quite clear that my friend was not worth her time. She failed to explain important details to her, failed to return repeated phone calls, failed to have all the information she needed available in court resulting in repeated continuances. When my friend asked me to come with her to the office complaining that Ms. Earnshaw made her uncomfortable I said "sure!" As the meeting proceded I noticed that Ms. Earnshaw rarely made eye contact with my friend. She was rude and abrupt. Since my friend was trying to make sure her children were safe as she escaped an abusive marriage she felt it imperative to understand the paperwork she was signing. But when I asked Ms. Earnshaw to explain something to my friend the lawyer's "professional" response was to tell me she didn't have time and kick me out of the office! This lawyer is rude, domineering, snide, and completely unwilling or unable to help abused women. AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS!
