When my fiance went to court to try to get his son Treadaway made several accusations that were very untrue. He even had the nerve to say that my fiance was contributing to her drug problem by supply her with the funds?? WoW!! I realize this is what has to be done in order to win the case. The problem is he was friends with the mother's family & played golf with the judge. Now this boy is being raised by a pot head mother. We try to get him as much as possible. The mother is 34 yrs. old, cannot hold a job & lives off child support (And Treadaway made sure she has an abundance) I know he was only doing his job but how does a man look himself in the mirror & feel good about knowing a child is being raised by an uncaring mother. She is verbally abusive to this child & we cannot do a thing about it. What makes the courts think that a child is better off with the mother all the time? I wish we could afford a lawyer to make changes but having to tend to her needs makes it impossible. |
