Ms. Schultz brought a wealth of experience to the table when dealing with my issues. She is very experienced which results in options being presented and a variety of solutions suggested. She listened in depth to my concerns and communicated the legal aspects pertaining to my issues effectively. Her written communications are clear and well thought-out. When necessary, her actions are bold. Nothing was acted upon without my permission and input. Emails and telephone calls were returned promptly. Costs were communicated clearly and Ms. Schultz was constantly aware of being cost efficient. On the whole, she is exactly what I wanted a lawyer to be: clear, concise, knowledgeable, action-oriented, and, above all, always putting my best interests in the forefront. |

Friendly office. Ms. Schultz is professional and easy to communicate with. All options open to me were fully explained - calls were returned promptly and any meetings were conveniently scheduled. All was concluded to my satisfaction. |

Great knowledge on billing, the only Tenacity was about her bill, extremely poor at listening and following instructions, appeared to have her own agenda and is intimidated by other lawyers |
