Ms. Mays is the poorest communicator ever encountered. And when she does communicate with clients, she is rude, lies, screams and creates more havoc than necessary. We found her to be unprofessional, intimidating and lacks restraint. Her follow-through with the court system and informing clients about trial dates was poorly communicated and caused financial and emotional hardship. She has no regard for client feelings, as it is what Ms. Mays wants and expects that is important and paramount in the relationship. We do not recommend Ms. Mays as an attorney if a positive client-attorney relationship is expected or needed. |
