Thanks to Marina’s exceptional defense, my son just walked out the federal sentencing court as a free man. My son was originally charged with a federal felony which could cause him 5 years in jail one year ago. Marina fought it fearless with Government and eventually had the felony charge dropped to A MISDEMEANOR, and then presented in court to keep our son out of jail and won with only six months of probation. I had received a Reckless Driving ticket which was requiring me to attend court and face charges. She managed to get the conviction down to driving 74 in a 65 zone. Totally amazing really given the possible seriousness of the incident. I can't thank her enough for the succinct information I received throughout the process, as I was clueless. I was hesitant to hire her at first because she charges a lot and requires the payment up front, but you get what you pay for. She is an outstanding lawyer. Marina represented my son in a Minor in Possession of Alcohol case. Such a conviction can result in loss of license, a hefty fine and significant community service hours. We relied on Marina's expertise to fight the charges and negotiate them down to a lesser offense. She was prompt, personable, professional, effective, and a pleasure to work with. Marina was able to negotiate the charges down to a lesser offense with no fine, no loss of license, and case dismissal upon successful completion of 20 hours of community service. I had a case where I could have potentially gone to jail. I had been searching for lawyers and ended up talking to a very well known lawyer. Who is very good at what he does I should add. Unfortunately, he could not take my case because he was just too busy. The first name that came out of his mouth was Marina Medvin. He said "call her, she kicks ass". I took his word and gave her a call. Mind you this was only a week before my court date. We talked and she decided to take my case. The day of my court date we finally got to meet face to face. I was falsely accused of a crime that carried a life sentence. As a member of the military who served overseas and who had earned numerous awards and accolades, being falsely accused of a crime was something that I never expected to happen. As a Sergeant in the Marines I am not only subject to civilian law but I can be punished under the Uniformed Code of Military Justice as well. Ms. Medvin may be a young lawyer, but she is good at what she does. She was able to get my daughter's reckless driving ticket (90 in 55) reduced to speeding (74 in 55), before my daughter was even called before the judge. She was easy to talk to, compassionate of the situation, but she was also stright forward with what could happen. My daughter and I found her very easy to talk to and understanding. I would recommend her to anyone facing the same type situation. She was always available via phone, email, or text. She as recently started her own practice Medvin Law and I wish her well. I have orinially hired another attorney for a criminal defense trial and I was not happy with him so I decided to go with another attorney which turned out to be Marina Medvin- She even counseled me on how to get my money back from the other attorney. My class 1 misdemeanor charge (90 in a 60) was reduced to a simple traffic infraction at a lower speed of 79. I though I had hired attorney Bose. My case was postponed once because of Mr. Bose's schedule, then I was assigned a different attorney a few days before my second court date. I was told the Bose Law Firm works as a team and they change attorneys as needed. The worst prosecutor and judge were on duty on my second court date. I was looking at a suspended license and reckless driving.They were not going to give me a break. I asked for a continuance. My case was given to Marina a few days before my next and written on my case file last court date (no more continuances). Marina did a great job. I was not comfortable until meeting her and talking to her. She was personable, confident & put me at ease. Marina followed through after my sentence to check to see if a mistake had been made which would have been in my favor. Marina did a great job.I recommend her.

I was fortunate to meet Marina Madvin of the Bose law firm in the spring of 2010. Marina was managing my pretrial hearing in Federal District Court. I was facing 4 charges of DUI, DWI, Reckless and Speeding. Prior to the hearing, Marina met with me and explained the details of my case. Her extensive knowledge and expertise assuaged any fears I had of going to trial. At my pretrial hearing, Marina came well prepared and effectively negotiated with the prosecutor prior to the hearing.
