I am finally glad my bankruptcy is over. Att. Guinn and Paralegal Marisela were a great team. They made me feel very comfortable in filing this procedure. They were very knowledgeable about the law and the proper procedures for my situation. I have recommended a family member for their services. Having to file Bankruptcy was a terrible, defeating experience for us. We were scared, nervous and ashamed but Mr. Guinn helped us put things in prospective, letting us know we were not alone and would get through this. He was right there with us the whole way. We must also mention his paralegal Marisela, whom without, we would have no doubt lost it completely. This lady took phone calls and answered emails at all hours and held our hands every step of the way. Kirk and his team made a very difficult situation into a positive experience. I was very impressed with his willingness to answer any questions I had directly. I never had to wait for anything! Kirk and his assistant Debbie have been incredibly supportive to me during this highly emotional time. i originally went trying to complete a chap 13 but do to the current economic environment had to change to a chap 7. It took 6 months to get the process started with the first paralegal, but when debbie took our case over, it was filed within a month....she explained everything in detail....thanks debbie. kirk was also available to answer any questions we had. |

Kirk Guinn made a bad thing(bankruptcy) not so painful. He and his office were incredibly helpful, always communicated with me and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I cannot stress how good they were about communicating. Anytime I had a question of any kind or was freaking out about something, I could email or call and received an answer very quickly. |
