I have known Mr. Langston professionally for many years and a little over 3 years ago I received 5 DUI's over a 14 month period. Candidly I was looking at 5 years and thanks Mr. Langston's professional services I only did a small portion of the time. Thank you David for your professionalism and kindness. Mr. Langston handled my daughters case and it was taken care of in a professional manner. Mr. Langston was always available for questions, he was on top of things before they came up in court. He knew the laws surrounding this type of litigation. Great person to have in your corner if you have to go to court. I would highly recommend him. |

Mr. Langston doesn't seem to know the laws.He is satisfied with a low prison term verses trying to clear you of the charges. He talks a big game, but when it came down to it, he laid down for the prosicutor. May son was a first time offender, had very little amount of marijuana (6lbs.) and was sentenced to 5 years in federal prison for a gun charge because my son had a unloaded gun in his apartment. This should never had been a Federal cases. It should have been local for the amount of pot he had. The lawyer also wanted him to drop names. What kind of a lawyer does that.There was several things that happened in this case that would never had happened if we would have gotten a better lawyer. Plus, since it went Federal , Mr. Langston charged us $15,000.00 for his serves up front. Please look else where. I wish we did. |
