POOR RATING NOT ONLY BECAUSE SHE LOST MY CASE BUT DID NOT EVEN TRY TO WIN IN MY OPINION! Spoke with other lawyer (Montgomery) At "FREE"consult but firm Sent Erin Zimmerer instead. Without my prior knowledge this would be done- they called night before case said other lawyer on vacation day of my trial scheduled 3 months in advance by her firm!(due to other parties rescheduling problem) She(Erin) had no knowledge of my case and did not seem to know laws about things in my case that were wrong. Did not do any of things her partner promised to do in court. There were many issues to be raised!In fact she did NOT EVEN Speak at my FAMILY CT hearing! She only nodded to judge and said yes once. I LOST MT CASE (OF COURSE) and cost me a lot of money! SHE WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY!
