Told me he could keep my name out of the paper(lie, he later said no he could not )and he told me what I wanted to hear to get the business, not the complete truth about the situation. Got ARD but could have saved 1250.00 and used the public defender and received the same program. Also, said there was some special treatment I could have on the day of the hearing(to process the ARD faster) and later could not get him to call back, after 5 calls, to arrange that. Says what you want to hear only. Would not recommend |
