Contacted by this law firm alleging that I had a debt over 20 years ago. When asking for information pertaining to the debt they did not or would not return calls. The continue to send letters, however when calling they put you into a voice mail and never call back. Doolittle violates the fair credit act and should be investigated for his improper practices. He will continue to bury you in paperwork but will do nothing to address the case when you call. He has used process servers who falsely claim that they have served papers on you when they have not. Any using this guy needs to dig deeper and find out that he is a paper mill that will buy old debts for 10c on the dollar and then continue to file papers against you without proper authority and by using improper methods. |

Doolittle Law, Chartered is a debt collection agency employing intimidation tactics. This agency does not divulge the nature of the accounts it is attempting to collect and will not return phone calls. The receptionist will only say that my "case" is in regards to an unknown account that was discharged several years ago. When I requested details to determine the origin of this alleged debt, with the stated intent to pay it off if it is legitimate, I was transferred to a voicemail and no effort has yet been made to contact me. Apparently this debt collector cannot be bothered to respond in order to collect debt? |

Collection attorney who fails to return phone calls or communicate in any fashion. His work is low quality and should be investigated for unethical practices. Avoid at all costs, there are other more qualified attorneys out there |
