Mike has dealt with both the buying and selling of two of my houses so far and have nothing but good things to say about him. He is honest and a pleasure to deal with. When I have concerns he answers them truthfully and assured me of the process. His assistant is friendly and helpful. Couldn't see myself dealing with another lawyer. |

As a real estate agent, I've referred lots of business to Mike over the years and he's always been an honest, straight shooter. I've always received good feedback about his approach to the business and his willingness to explain processes and cost. As for the first commenter, whose review appears twice, when it comes to debits and credits on a statement of adjustments some people just can't get it. I'm sure that this amounts to a misunderstanding that was likely frustrating for everyone. I'm sure that Mike would want to hear from them personally. |

In the last three years we have done six realestate transactions with Mike. He is always friendly, knowledgeable and most of all fast. His rates are sound and we fully plan to use his expertise in the future. |

Mike came across like a very straight forward person at the beginning, so our trust was in his hands. Mike gave us a total amount owing and we shook hands over the deal. A few weeks later we recieved an additional amount owing. We tried to get an explanation from Mike but he continuously gave us false information with no poof or reasoning. In the end we had received four different billing statements with all different prices and break down of the final price. In the time that we tried to settle things Mike was very dishonest,rude and unprofessional. Over all our experience was stressful. We would not recommend Mike to anyone. |
