Worst attorney when children are involved. It seems the previous rating experienced similar issues. Not to mention she is rude and a little to friendly with the Judges. |

Rushed meetings, made notes then not filed, no actions, no contact, left out key items, no enforcement assistance with Judges terms for my support, seemed to be all for helping other party and a little too friendly with other party attorney, would tell me one thing then when I acted on it made a fool of me by having no paperwork to back me up, took almost two years to setlle divorce with only equity, div of assets, retirement & spousal support were issues. Secured only min support, no retirement, partial assets. Said would file appeal for retirement & never did anything and I repeatedly requested even on date of initial divorce hearing, left out maiden name restoration put generic "as though never happened" wording in final paperwork then was asking for more retainer to refile. |
