I'm from out of town and a friend of mine recommended Channelle and I'm glad he did. Kizy took care of my case at a reasonable price with very high results. My case was a bit complicated due to the fact that I was out of town, even with that our custody case was very successful. |

Ms. Kizy filed 3 motions against me just 2wks after my divorce was final, she was hired by my ex to get him out of the consent judgement he had just entered into. One motion we agreed on, 2nd was completely frivioulous, apparently they fiqured that out as they withdrew it before our court date & third a motion to modify his child support which was denied. Ms. Kizy again appeared at a show cause, he was ordered to pay $5,000+ $1,000 to my lawyer. In summary they have either surrendered or lost ever issue. One might think having incompetant opposing counsel would be a good thing but it results in unnecessary trips to court & legal fees for both of us. My ex is the type that would rather pay a lawyer to get him out of paying his child support than just pay the support. Ms. Kizy is the kind of lawyer that represents such scum. Unfortunately for deadbeats & their children the only thing she's good at is collecting money for herself that should be paid into child support accts. |

An Excellent attorney working for an excellent firm (Rockind PC). Channelle is a coordinated fighter and was well liked by the judge. Her professional approach and strong arguments made her stand out from all the other lawyers I've worked with before. I will definitely hire her again (hopefully I'll stay out of trouble ;) ) |
