She has terrible billing practices. She bills everything at her hourly rate even though her staff does all the drafting she bills nothing at the lower rate as outlined in her retainer agreement. You should all check your statements. |

I used a different lawyer for my divorce. I would refer anyone who has to get a divorce to this lawyer even though he represented my wife |

Ms. Mondragon represented me in court and she did a terrific job! She fought an unfounded ticket, she knew what section of the law to quote and she had a response for all of the prosecutor's arguments. Even though I was right there in court with her she explained to me (in layman terms) everything that had happened in court. I would never have been able to afford that ticket and my insurance would have skyrocketed! She was one of the best investment I have done in a long time.Thank you, Ms. Mondragon :) |

Ms. Mondragon failed to do the work for which she was hired in a timely manner, causing a delay in my divorce and my wife hired her own lawyer due to Ms. Mondragon's incompetence. When I fired her she presented a bill which included previously paid items, did not include my IOLTA account credit, and included unnecessary charges for correcting her own errors. Total incompetence and a waste of time and money. |

She was 10 minutes late for court appearance. She said approximately 2 sentences during the court proceedings. Paperwork submitted was not case specific just generalities that could be applied to any case (the judge commented on this). Before the case she said the judge appointed to hear the case was lazy and probably would give a poor verdict. Paperwork requested by client to be filed with the court was not done even though said she would do so. |
