Mr. Huelskamp is "really" a very qualified and experienced attorney.The only problem is that he is a complete COWARD!! In 1996 I was charged "due to the Mayors influence" with a felony. Mr. Huelskamp,taking my oppositions deposiotion where this and other substantial facts which should have been used to defend me,were intentionally obscured from the jury.I (in effect) had paid Mr. Huelskamp $3000 to aid the prosecution.When I suggested that he should admit the fact of "political motivation" he became ANGRY, it was clear that he was in bed with the judge ,who was also motivated politically to do the wrong and ILLEGAL thing.I trusted this man to defend me against a wrongful and politically motivated prosecution.He even made statements to me that "we will sue the state for THIS" But when it came down to crunch time,he threw me "and my life" to the dogs!If you are REALLY looking for a defense,look elsewhere. This guy has no conscience,no morals,and absolutely no BALLS! HE IS WORTHLESS!! |

this attorney even lied to the judge! i would have done better defending myself, he talked a good game but stammered and stuttered in front of the judge would have been funny if it had been someone else! |
