He is an excellent trial lawyer. He was a law clerk for one of the most prestigious firms in Tennessee, then clalled Galnkler, Brown, Gilliland, Chase, Robinson and Raines. After graduating from Memphis State University School of Law, he was an associate and trial lawyer with the firm of Wilson, McRae, Sevier, McTyier and Strain, handling insurance defense litigation. He then moved to Jackson, Tennessee, and began working for the firm which was eventually called Hill, Boren, Drew and Martindale. He then began practicing on his own and continues to do so. He has been President of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association, on the Board of Governors of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association (now called the Associatioon for Justice, and a Hearings Officer with the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility. He has handled in excess 0f 1500 personal injury cases and has mediated over 1000 cases. He is on the Advisory Board of the Tennesee Workers' Comp Reporter. |
