Attorney Mangano starts out all right -however when he receives all your money he forgets to return phone calls or attend to your requests for a letter to the bank so you can modify your mortgage loan. He is a bankrupcy lawyer who made several mistakes on the paperwork which did not inspire a lot of confidence with my husbnad and myself. If you are filing a chapter 13 find yourself another attorney who is more professional and returns phone calls . It has been 2 months now and he still has not returned my phone calls or replied to my letters. Right now we have noone protecting us in this bankrupcy. Once he has your money he seems to write you off. We are both very frustrated with this man. |
