An absolute horrible divorce attorney. He was never prepared. Had no fight. Has no reason to be in a divorce court representing either side. A disgrace to the profession. Do not waste your time or money. Truly.
Mr. Borth represented my husband in a case last month regarding child support. He put no time into his case and even presented a worksheet that my husband did not even qualify for. It was so embarrasing in court, the judge had to take out his law book and read it ti Mr. Borth. Mr. Borth was provided all information needed to fight this case, he even asked us to keep a graph of the "child's" parenting timeschedule down to the hours because it is so much more in my husband's favor and then Mr. Borth did not file a motion for the judge to look at these grafts so the judge would not look at them, among other things that he started requesting that he did not file motions for that the jugde would not here. After consulting with another law firm they told us that even though we have a case all our information has been litigated (brought up in court) so it can not be brought up again, and no rulings were made on the outstanding major issues. Results = approx. 300.00 more in CS than what should
