I currently have civil suit against him to get my money back.If he would pick up registered mail we could precede. Looks like I will be taking one more trip out to Canmore to try to serve him in person,but every time he has seen me he disappears. As one or two comments said no communication.Not on my part,I was very clear.(He just never listened to one word I had said)He was once again going to postpone to try to get more money from me,when he was fired) DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!! |

Stay away from this man who calls himself a lawyer. He lies and bills out every penny he can yet he does a minimal amount of work. He may seem perfect at first but if you the get the feeling it's too good to be true, it is. He refuses to return calls or respond to correspondence. |

This lawyer advised my daughter's boyfriend to plead guilty just to get out of custody when he did not commit the offence. There should have been a show cause hearing for the crown to disclose their evidence and justify the grounds for holding him in custody. He should not have been detained without evidence directly linking him to the crimes. The police did not have enough evidence to hold him. They scared him into accepting a plea by saying he would have to sit in jail for a year before his trial and if he got convicted, he could get 3 to 5 years and the lawyer advised him to take a plea and he would get a conditional discharge after doing community service and getting a good pre sentence report. |
