Mr. Puma did not seem to know answers to many of our questions. He often seemed to be faking his way. Moreover, he was very unresponsive. He did not keep us appraised of the status of our case. We had to ask multiple times for documents that should have been sent automatically. Some he NEVER sent. We would NOT recommend him to anyone!!!! |

took superiors knowledge and took as his own and charged me multiple times for this knowledge for which I already paid His service (which I can't call it service) was the worst I have encountered in all my years. Please do not do business with him. This man is something I would not wish on anyone. He is ill. |
