Penny does things differently than any other Lawyer I've met. She's a matter of fact, and does what she has to do, not what "might be a good idea". She will pursue the simplest course of action. If her clients want to make things more complicated, then that is their issue, and their consequences whether that is about the time it takes, or the financial reprocussions. She will listen to what you want, and if you take accountabililty for YOUR steps in the process, she will do what is necessary, and leave it at that. Your call as to whether that approach will work for you. It worked for me |

We found she was not very professional. She was rough around the edges, a very hard individual. A person who we found was intimidated byt he courts. Found her very unorganized and took advantage of us with meeting when we did not have too. It was like she wanted more and wasted our time to increase our payment. In court she has lied and twisted things around. Not really a team player only out for her self. Do not pick her as a lawyer since she is not very efficent! |
