This lawyer's rating is less than 1 - DON'T get him. He told me, too, that paperwork was filed and never was. He strung me along. He was practicing law when his license was suspended. The only way to get this idiot is to file with the displinary board, which I did. |

Hiring this guy for my case was one of the worst experiences. I paid him up front 75% of the costs, and the remaing 25% after case being settled. I had to constantly stay on top of him to make sure he was doing the job that I was paying him for. He would ignore my phone calls, and emails. I had even suggested to him that we needed to have better communication. He also never filed the proper paperwork after my case was settled. He would tell me he that he did. Finally after being given the run around, I called the court and they said the paperwork was never filed. When I confronted Mr. B. he denied it and put the blame off on the court. Thank God this is behind me. Do your self a favor and dont hire this guy. |

i hired this lawyer to defend me paid him in full up front and like so many he wanted to do less and less. He was suppose to file my application for ARD and told me he did after a yearhe kept telling me he was checking on it and that it had not been approved yet finally after getting tired of waiting i called the DA myself only to find out that the application was never submitted. He wasted a year of my time. One time he was suppose to meet me at court and never showed up. Awful do not hire this guy |
