I had 3 arraignments and got the impression he wants your retainer and puts very little fight in a court battle or even looking at evidence! Do not hire this man unless you want to goto jail! He is only concerned with settling as fast as humanity possible! This is my feelings and impression of his representation of me. |

yes I agree , Scott took me for $7000 and I ended up with some flake assistant at my first important DUI hearing. She came late and her hair was so messy, looked like she had been partying all nite, new nothing about the case, and I ended up getting a felony charge, when his assistant promised me they would be able to reduce it to a mistameanor, once he got the money , he never called back now I cant find a job and my parents live in Canada are are up in age and I can cross the border. He doesnt care about anything but money. Thank God I have my faith because everyone pays for there bad deeds in the end |

Scott made one phone call and got the wrong information. When the tv crew showed up he told my daughter to "run and hide". She terminated their contract and discussed not paying any more $$. Now he has intercepted her income tax and has charged her 8000.00 for one phone call and poor advice one time. His assistant would not release 800 of 7900 until she signed that she agreed to it. Strongarm tactics to use on anyone. It may be petty cash to him, but to most of us it is the difference in feeding and housing our children. He will not accept any calls to discuss this matter. Very unprofessional behavior by both him and his "assistant". We will be making a complaint to the bar association and filing suit ASAP! |
