First this lawyer doesn't know how to talk with the client, showing been impatient and poor knowledge. In court where I went twice, he sent me other lawyer with 1 year experience in cases and she did a horrible job between filing papers in court and doing any kind of defense in front of judge for me. I asked why Kevin couldn't come and she said this is a simple motion and he doesn't have patience to deal with this kind of motion. My first appointment I asked about retaining money and he said he would charge me just the case value, which I paid in front. In the end of my bill, he charged me extra money for the service. My first consultation should be free, like his assistant said to me, but on my bill also he charged me for. And to complete the history, the papers that I got back from my case, didn't have much work. Few writing and scribbles, and a few resources that he got from internet or a book. |
