Mr. Neff, on behalf of a medical collection agency, threatened me with a letter that violated the Fair Debt Collection Act. He claimed in the letter that he had filed a lawsuit against me. IN truth, he had not, but was merely threatening. I hired a consumer law attorney and file suit against Mr. Neff AND the medical collection agency. He settled. I did not find him to have integrity; to be credible; nor truthful. Consumer BEWARE. |
