I agree with previous reviews in that she lacks empathy. She did do some good things for me however and really championed my custody case for a time - until she saw that I might have troubles paying my bill.; she seemed disinterested after that. (I had given her approx. 35K up to that point) . She did some things that made my situation worse, but so has the lawyer I have now. Sometimes, she didn't seem to believe my side of the story - which was both baffling and frustrating at times. I felt like she was "on the other team" (lack of empathy). I have found that most lawyers are in it for the money - why else would someone do such a horrid job? Shannon is extremely intelligent, her attention to detail was always very good, I never felt overcharged, but at times, I felt that she was a bit of a snob and should be doing corporate law. |

She is there only for the money. Very poor in her performance. She is not supportive for her clients. She was a nightmare for my case and made it worse. I would like to see the law society review her performance and her conduct as a lawyer so many innocent client can be saved from her. |

She over charges people confirmed by other lawyers and clients. She put in and removed things in affidavits that were not agreed upon by over 4 different people. She does not support her clients and lacks a huge amount of empathy. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone who has gone through a domestic assault or any sensitive matters such as family law. She will make matters worse for you not resolve the issues at hand. |
