Sexton will do anything to be paid, he will lie to you. He will tell one thing and do another.My daughter was diagnosed as bi polar and on heavy meds. Her mother & I would attend all meetings with her. Sexton said this meeting was for a deposition ONLY. He and the other lawyer, also a lier, told her if she would sigh this "one sided" agreement, all would be great. My wife, called Sexton, even as the meeting was going on, to confirm nothing would be signed. They both "brow beat" this "legally" druged up young lady into signing the most onesided, unfair agreement I have ever seen. Sexton did this with the agreement that her x-husband pay him $1000.00 at the rate of $100.00 per month. He only wanted a quick out to not face the other attorney in court, he was scared to death. Sexton will throw you in the river to avoid going to court, at all cost.
