Not a well knowledgeable Lawyer, he prefers to sell you out in plea deals after you pay him. I can not would i recommend him for any legal advice or for any defense of any case even a petty traffic case, he defends his own kids more than he would defend you. Can not recommend him for any legal issues, Criminal NO, Civil NO, Divorce NO, in other words i would not have him as my lawyer even if he was free. Use the local Bar to find a real lawyer who will fight for the truth, facts and challenge the prosecutors. His Defense skills are lacking and not professional. The courts walk all over him and them smile, he is a poor example of a good lawyer. NO to hiring him, he is not a good lawyer and is not honest.

Wow, this man made me feel that despite the charges against me (which were vast and significant), I would be ok. He was able to get my DUI to a "Wet and Reckless" and also helped a friend -- at no charge mind you -- lessen a charge and get off without it appearing on his record. Harold has also helped my sister, and whenever I am in need of legal advise he always answers his phone and helps me out. He doesn't seem to judge any of his clients, and when he walks into the court rom in San Luis Obispo it is clear he is respected by the judge and the other lawyers. All of my friends have employed Harold for various incidents, and they all speak about how Harold saved them from dark situations. I owe Harold much gratitude and I'm shocked and somewhat suspicious of the negative reviews of Harold -- I'd very much like to know the personal vendetta they hold, and what crazy charge they had that Harold wasn't able to save them from. I recommend this man to all. Thank you HAROLD!

Terrible lawyer, try's to get clients to start shady business so he can make money, only I interested in his own personal gain does not have his clients in best interest. I am currently trying to get my money back from him. Very unethical the CA law bord should investigate his ethics

Took my money, no receipt, no paperwork. Almost literally no results. We didn't hear from him for months and when we finally contacted him he said he was two busy to handle the case. I wasted $2000 in fees.
