When an attorney such as this is also the Trust account for a Real Estate deal, and then the deal goes wrong, what should happen? Monies are returned from the Escrow account to those who paid them in. Not in the cases with Sidney A. Gross Trust accounts. He simply spends the money and says to sue him if you dare. That's what happened to our almost $85,000. I would highly recommend staying clear of any dealing's with this crooked lawyer. He epitomizes the reputation of why few respect lawyers or trust them. |
