received partial award, but firm retained approx. $11,000.00 supposedly in lieu of claims. which there are none. also. constantly will not return phone calls as promised.i am disabled and am in dire straits. i feel they are holding this money entirely too long and with no communication. i am in the dark. i retained these people in good faith and there fee was $23,000.00 which i feel should warrant some up-dates occasionally. very un-professional
