Keith Dolnick is unprofessional at best. Initially felt hopeful for resolution after retaining his services for what should have been a very simple divorce.
His lack of responsiveness and care for paying clients is disappointing. Unsure if it was "too small" a case for him to care or if he maintains a lackadaisical tempo in every area of life, but if you want your case moved forward or resolved- 10/10 would not recommend Keith.
Ethically questionable and I wish I'd paid more attention to warning reviews online prior to wasting time and money only to retain an attorney that was competent and thorough enough to close my case.

By far the most incompetent, dishonest thief to ever call themselves a lawyer! Read his yelp reviews if you really want to know who and what Keith is! He’s been sanctioned for stealing clients money and has so many complaints against him it’s only a matter of time before he is disbarred!! Trust all the people who’ve experienced him and STAY AWAY!

WARNING TO ALL PEOPLE - THIS GUY IS BAD BEYOND BAD. HE HAS MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH ISSUE. HE SUFFERS FROM A CONDITION WHERE HE ONLY GETS A COUPLE HOURS OF SLEEP A NIGHT AND CAN'T FUNCTION PROPERLY. HE LIKES BEING A SOCCER COACH TO HIS 2 KIDS MORE THAN BEING A PROFESSIONAL AND ETHICAL ATTORNEY. A BIG HUGE WASTE OF MONEY IF YOU GO DOWN THIS PATH. HE IS ONE OF THE WORST LAWYERS IN ORANGE COUNTY. HE IS UNETHICAL AND BREACH CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY.

Scam artist. Reported to Cal State Bar. Does not return calls. Does not follow through on details. Did not read file or details. Repetitive issues with him lying about my case status or that he spoke with opposing counsel and provided documents and didn't. Took $500 an hour by doing zero work! No work product! Says he has a sleep disability and doesn't sleep and had his head studied but can go out and be a soccer coach to for his 2 young girls and post all kinds of social photos about his vibrant self but behind the scenes he is a pathetic mess operating well below the standard of care, has discussions with opposing counsel to orchestrate deals that he doesn't not consult the client on. Has a lunch meeting with client and bills $500 and does zero follow-up, then wants another call. He should not be an attorney as he uses the position to steal money. He touts an old case to get clients as a marketing tool but his reputation is negative amongst fellow attorney's. CLIENTS AVOID!!!

Horrible lawyer. Should be disbarred. Doesn’t show up to court. Lies to you about court appearances. Completely unprofessional. Run from this attorney. He will lose you everything and you’ll end up in jail. He’s abusive and unreliable. He will take 200k and make your situation worse. Better Business bureau and state bar here I come. Attorney Keith Dolnick is a scam artist. He purposely whittles away at your retainer at $500 an hour and does nothing. He will repetitively tell you he needs to meet with you about the exact same topic you already spent $1500 meeting on and in which he took zero action. He doesn't read or remember client files, he pretends he knows your case and doesn't, he does not return calls or emails promptly or at all, He makes big leaps or assumptions without the right facts because his ego is so big he thinks he knows more than anyone else. Opposing counsel generally knows he is a bozo that they have their way with. His MO is to spin and pocket funds and then the moment the client voices concern he methodically works to put the stereotypically blame on the client and exits while you paid for his kids schooling and family vacations while you have zero to show for it. He's been doing it long enough he has it figured out. In the real world this is called fraud. Avoid like the plague.

Keith Dolnick was hired by my friend, and I saw firsthand how badly he misrepresented my friend. Dolnick was negligent in every way possible: didn't return phone calls, didn't inform his client of court dates, gave wrong information, and didn't represent my friend properly in court (resulting in my friend getting a terrible divorce outcome in every way re: support, custody, visitation, alimony, and property division). Further, Dolnick charged exorbitant fees and then overbilled for bogus charges. My friend had to hire a new attorney to undo the damage Keith Dolnick did, and the new attorney said he'd never seen such an intentionally negligent representation of a client. We will be reporting Dolnick to the State Bar for malpractice, along with the BBB. In my opinion, he should not be practicing law. He is highly unethical.

This guy doesn't return phone calls or emails. Nor does he follow up on case details, filings, strategy or next steps. He will take your money and won't do the work to get things done. He likes spending his time meeting with you to use up your money at $500 an hour but does not take action after a meeting or he wants to meet on the same thing again. It's a total farce and game he's playing He also pretended to have read documents and couldn't recall them trying to fake his way through a discussion. Pathetic and unethical behavior. Would not recommend

I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Dolnuck. He is aggressive, brilliant and an expert on case law and complex litigation. He handled my support, business litigation and custody issues cleanly, ethically and expertise. I'd recommend him to anyone who has a difficult spouse especially if that spouse has counsel that is unethical, narcissistic and difficult.
