I wish I had reviewed this website before I invested my time and money with this incompetent lawyer. I just finished spending over 6K on divorce proceeding that never happened. My ex and I wanted a uncontested divorce, but he insisted on a contested one. Six months later, we were still no closer to a settlement because of his lack of communication. |

James was 15 minutes late to court for my preliminary hearing. He was so unprepared that I had to provide copies to the judge and my x husband. He would not return calls or emails. He was fired from his firm and took my $1000 dollar retainer fee and gave me the option of staying with his old firm or getting a new attorney. I am a single mother with 2 children. He left us penniless with no representation. He is one of the most irresponsible people I have ever been in contact with. The partner that he cheated also said he would help me for free as he had several other of James's clients. When I called his office for the hundreth time his secretary had said that I was the only one that was ever unhappy with his work. After reading this obviously he is a liar also. |

The lack of communication, and disorganization represented by this attorney will leave you dumb founded. I was promised a free consultation regarding back child support. I met with one of the other attorneys in the firm who handles corporate law. They proceeded to keep my original documents, refused to send them back to me via certified mail. Legal matters are in nature difficult dealing with this firm and this particular attorney would be a gigantic mistake. |
