I first came to using Michael Lamonsoff for a injury i had to my hip. I was very pleased with the outcome and the personalized attention that my case was given. Unlike previous firms my family has dealt with in the past, Mr. Lamonsoffs office returned every phone call and was extremely courteous. They made me feel as if i was their only client. What surprised me the most was that even after my award was paid out ( a very generous one at that ) his office actually followed up with me a full 2 months later to see how i was doing. I would highly recommend his firm for any one looking for legal representation. |

Mr Lamonsoff settled two of cases and was very concerned with the outcome and the after math of both situations he never made me feel like a client he made me feel like a friend... |

I have been a client for several years with this firm. I find Mr. Lamonsoff and his staff to be excellent. I have referred several of my friends and family to his firm. The level of care at this firm is superb. Infact, I have called Mr. Lamonsoff for advice on other legal matters and he advised me and referred me to another attorney that specialize in my matter. Mr. Lamonsoff sends birthday reminders and christmas cards yearly to his clients. As with any attorney, it can be difficult at times to get them on the telephone but I always received a call back from Mr. Lamonsoff or his staff to address my concern. Mr. Lamonsoff and his team is confident, knowlegeable and caring. |

I switched from a “top” lawyer to Michael Lamonsoff and am so glad I did! I just wish I came her first. They were professional, courteous, always returned my calls within a few hours and helped me with every issue that arose from my injury. (unlike my prior lawyer who just wanted my case) They fought hard, recommended I not take the easy way out (first offer), found me great doctors to help me heal and got me more than twice what my prior lawyer had indicated I would get. I’ve recommended them to several others and everyone is glad that I did. |

I hired Mr. Lamonsoff about 6 months ago to handle my accident case when I was hit by a car while crossing the street. As a result of the accident I had alot of pain and still have a bit today, but i feel much better than i use to. I transferred my case from another lawyer to mr. lamonsoff because over a year had passed and they had never even began to work on my case. within a couple of months my case was not only filed with the court but mr. lamonsoff's office won the case with some type of motion, im not sure what it was called, and within half the time that the other firm had the case it was settled and i had the settlement money. I thought his office did a really good job for me and mr. lamonsoff made me feel very confident that he would make things better and he did. I have referred my neice to his office since and he is currently working on her case and she thinks he is great too. |

Well spoken and able to convince just about anyone to to retain his firm. Will say just about anything to get you to sign on the dotted line. Horrible with keeping clients updated with status of their case. Becomes very hostile when his actions, or lack of any action on a case is questioned. Makes threats of dropping your case or you as a client when presented with an error in the handling of your case. If persistent with your request, or you suggest he has failed in representing you to the best of his abilities, the hostility will become even more self evident when he decides to use foul language as well as reveal he was a "boxer" and can handle himself quite well if you need proof. Or, in his own words,"I will come down there and kick your ass, then you can retain another attorney." Has no problem with violating ethics, then covering his tracks by not responding to phone calls or providing a former client with their files so that they may persue the case with someone else. STAY AWAY! |
