I also retained Mr. Farese around the same time he was working on the Winkler case. I was absolutely happy with his knowledge, experience, & communication. He was incredibly caring and very patient no matter how many times I called to ask a question was in need of reassurance. There is no doubt he was terribly busy and had numerous clients. That's part of the price you pay when u hire an exceptional attorney. They have lots of clients! I couldn't have been happier with Mr. Farese and my experience with him. He was so incredibly talented and his office personnel was tops!! I shudder to think of where I would be or what could have happened had I not retained him. He was worth every dime I spent. He's expensive but worth it!! |

He was hired for $25,000.00 amd he did not communicat, investigate, return numerous calls or talk to the party he was hired to repesent about the case. He did not follow thru with any thing that would helped the case. He took on another case (High Profile) in Selmer TN and devoted most of his time to it and TV appearences that i'm pretty sure his was paid for. He had no ethics, professionalism or morales when it came to our case. But he kept all of the $25,000.00. He does not ethically deserve to be a lawyer, out there TAKING honest people's hard earned money!! |
