Never returned a call. His secretary is very rude. Gave him money on a friday and was told the divorce would be filed Monday. His secretary said it was too much work for her and it wouldnt happen until wed or thurs. I tried to explain that I didnt want my husband to beat me to the punch and Mr Coutts FINALLY got on the phone and told me to "chill!" After that I was never able to talk to him. All questions had to be addressed with his secretary who made it very obvious that I was always bothering her. You get what you pay for so I am going back to the lawyer that handled my last divorce.
I retained Mr Coutts to handle a bankruptcy for me. After the initial consult he stated dont worry I will take care of it. Mr Coutts has now cost me and my family dearly. Mr Coutts does not return phone calls he is cold and callous now my house is in jepordy of being foreclosed on and now I owe the federal government money that I did not before filling. I could go on forever. I would never reccomend using his services and will tell the world about my encounters with him.
