Breaker, Breaker.....Dont hire this guy.....simply put a guy who speaks a great game but is terrible in court....couldnt be more incompetent with the law and has no court presence.....If I had to do it over again I would have gone thru the court....ONLY INTERESTED IN THE MONEY. SAD, BUT TRUE. |

This guy says he is a family man with values. Then why does he represent convicted felons. He is currently defending a guy in Flushing that was convicted of felony assault on a woman. Nice family values pal. I hope your two kids don't follow in your footsteps. Classic example of someone that will do anything for money. |

I hired Ken Tucker for my Divorce and the 2 office staff personell, one being his wife and one other, are very rude and incompetent. Then My Boyfriend found out that a case that he hired them for 3 years prior fell through the cracks because the judge died and was never finished and they never followed up. Then when they agreed to try to fix it, they were calling the ex-wife and giving her legal advice, mis-typed the formal letter to the court TWICE and were rude when I called to try to talk to them about it. When I was the one that was paying and catching the mistakes. I would never suggest to go to them, tbey will only make your life worse and listen to the other person that are filing against and try to talk you into doing what the other person wants to take the easy way out. |

An absolute clown. Useless and didn’t give a dame about me. He benefited my wife’s attorney as though he was working for her. Never, and I mean never showed up on time for any appointment. Never attempted to stop one allegation after another from my wifes attorney, just kept saying ignore them. He ignore them for months, finally had to hire an attorney do what he was paid $200 an hour to do, work. |

I retained this lawyer for my daughter in a criminal case. He did not disclose to either of us that he was a prosecuting attorney for a local township. He convinced my daughter to take a plea deal that resulted in her inability to testify at sentencing resulting in an very unreasonable sentence. He sold us out to save his position. |
