I felt Mary was bias in her dicision because she awarded almost all the valuable items to the x. I feel because she was female and did not leave emotions out of her job . The x clearly went against the agreement made and mary asked why l could not comply. IT WAS NOT WHAT WAS AGREED UPON ! And when l voiced my opinion she stated " then l will decide" and she made it apparent that she was parcial, clearly awarding items to one that could have been evenly split. She was supposedly taught to be neutral and clearly should not be in her position. I would not recommend her to anyone. |

My experience with Mary Benedict, is that she is a professional in what she does. Her demeanor is relaxed at times, but when necessary is direct, reassuring and on target to get what she wants for her clients. |

Why the court continue to appoint her as a GAL is beyond me because it has been my experience she does not serve children's best interests |

I would have to agree with most, she is rude and you get what you pay for. She does not seem genuine, but definitely knows how to play the system of when to be nice and when to be rude. She definitely knows she is rude and likes to have the feeling of power is my quick take on her. |
