Dell provided no value, did not communicate, and used the legal process to harass and intimidate. A fee dispute resulted in him filing a $50,000 claim for defamation based on court pleadings that was later dismissed by the local judge. In my opinion he is unprofessional and a bully. |

Check other reviews on this lawyer. I do not recommend him or any lawyers in the firm. The billing department do not keep your money in a safe retainer account which is required by law. They do not return calls when they should, and they do not return retainers when they should. |
