For standard mortgage matters including extensions, refinance, novations most fees are either fixed or can be accessed at $150-175/hour because it is all form work. She charges the bank's customers at $225-250/hour and is aggressive towards the bank's customers who technically pay her but are not her customers. Her communication with the customers should always try to preserve the Bank's relationship with the client. |
