He was full of promises, vim,and vigor. Boasted of himself and his wins and knowledge. It boiled down to a breach of contract to estopel. I had to get after his office all the time to find out what was going on and get papers. Long story short, he felt it was a sure win and then yrs later, in meeting the other side attorneys, he tells me not to settle, then yeah, settle, cause it just isn't going to go anywhere anymore and it's coming on 3 yrs. I got money, but nothing like he boasted the lawsuit would and should settle on from day one. He's full of hot air. Devious and not truthful to his own client. And he gets away with it. |

This individual should probably not be in business. Not only is he unethical and works in areas where he has little to no expertise he takes money for work he never does. If you want to lose your case and your money hire him. His idea of contingency is that you pay him a retainer and then he takes a percentage plus you pay as you go. He is disorganized, misses deadlines and doesn't return phone calls. If he screws up he starts running down opposing council. He should find another line of work where he can't hurt people. |

Takes your money, runs. you feel like you're lucky that he just took your money, and not your soul. Did no work on the case, just a series of lies until the courts got fed up and bypassed him. He cannot speak without lying. |
