After a traumatic accident involving severe injuries, I was led to a very compassionate and extremely knowledgeable attorney, Mr. Davis. I asked him to visit me in the hospital, which he did. He assured me that he would do everything possible to assist me, and that he did- every step of the way. He helped me find medical treatment when I was denied for not having insurance. When all was said and done, Brian got me every last penny of each policy that covered my injuries. |

I am so grateful to have found attorney Davis. My car was totaled when I was hit by someone who was texting and driving. It was a horrific experience, as most car accidents are, but the other driving and her big SUV could not have cared any less about me or my car. When I hired Mr. Davis, at the recommendation of one of his former clients, he and his team went to work immediately trying to track down witnesses and evidence in my case. This is an AV rated firm by Martindale-Hubble, and they are top notch. Brian is down to earth, easy to talk to, and doesn't talk to you like you're an idiot. He is aggressive in dealing with the insurance company, and he returned my phone calls promptly. I would highly recommend him if you have a serious injury and need an aggressive attorney. |
