Ms McQuiddy, was doing a possible child neglect case and refused to talk to family members, the child's school or pull police reports. She seemed to not use any actual real evidence, only her own opinions. She argued with the few people involved in the case, reported wrong information, and stated she did not lose a nights sleep over her poor performance. She called the child who she was assigned to a liar when she tried to tell her how she felt. She was so unprofessional, we had concern for the child and the familes rights. The courts took all this at face value, and did not question any of the evidence. The child refused to speak to her anymore. I've never dealt with a professional, that was so unprofessional in my many years. It's very sad for other lawyers who do a good job, because this type of person, hurts the whole profession. I rate her at the bottom of your scale. |
