I was looking for a lawyer to help me with probating a will after my father passed away. When I called the assistant who initially talked to me was very helpful. She made me feel at ease and was very knowledgeable. She set up an appointment with the lawyer and told me everything that I needed to bring to start the proceedings. The lawyer spent the time to answer all my questions and was very patient with me also. The support staff were very friendly when I came in and never seemed put out when I would call and ask questions. They were always friendly and courteous. If they could not answer my questions I could always count on Ryan to call and talk with me. They made a painful process go very smoothly. I would recommend this lawyer to anyone and I have. |

This firm made my wife and I wait forever and when we did finally get in, he scared us to death and did not make us feel comfortable. The secretaries explained our transaction much better and made us feel better. |

Very poor service, handed my file off to a partner and left on holidays, did not tell me. New partner had not even reviewed the file and knew very little about real estate law in general. Administrative staff not very helpful. Refused to answer many of my questions "for legal reasons" ha...and rates were high. I did not have confidence in my transaction. |
