She handled everything in a professional manner. We were able to handle pre-work via phone & e-mail so that preparing a will was a one-time visit that didn't take hours. I would recommend her to my friends. |

When I met Kathleen, I immediately liked her...she is very personable. However, once I hired her, I began to experience issues. She advised me to file a special relief petition, but as the hearing for the petition approached, she seemed to have a change of heart, and she told me that she wasn't even sure if I had enough evidence to merit this petition. Kathleen seemed extremely intimated by my husbands lawyer, and when I wouold ask her to communicate with him, she told me, "I will, but he will just yell and scream at me." I hired her to be my advocate, but it seemed like she just wanted me to settle with my ex so that she could avoid a confrontation. I am fortunate that I discovered these issues early in the divorce process, and that I was able to find a new attorney that actually listens to me, that I can trust, and has my best interests in mind. My experience with my current attorney solidified my opinion that Kathleen is extremely incompetent.. |

She did not tell us the truth about the law. She said grandparents do not have rights to visitation in PA. Wrong. She said that terminating mother's parental rights would terminate grandmother's rights to visitation. Wrong. She said mother being in jail is a reason to terminate parental rights. Wrong. |
