I had an issue regarding custody of my children and when I had the free consultation he told me he could certainly get the emergency custody I was requesting, mind you he didnt take down any of my personal information. It also seemed great that he takes payments for the retainer fee, and a 250$ hourly fee. Well I sent in 1500 and never heard back from him. I called on several occasions and he was always "out of the office" so finally I asked my for my money back, and low and behold I got transferred to speak to him, and at this time he was conveniently available. At this time he told me he didn't think I had a strong case (my kids father shot a gun in the house during a DV incident in front of my kids, seems like A good case to me and the lawyer that won for me in less than 24 hours). They charged me 400$ for NOTHING. The extra money I spent on the second lawyer was well worth it. It took ne two weeks to get my refund from Dan millers office. |

Mr. Miller and staff were wonderful. My son was facing assault charges which were filed in retribution after we showed up to testify as witnesses on another case. Mr. Miller and his staff explained everything to us; as this was our first time hiring a lawyer or facing any type of charges. Our family didn't understand anything about the process, yet the office walked us through everything. His entire staff was courteous and friendly. I was recommended him by another lawyer and would definitely recommend him to others. We were so happy after walking out of the courthouse knowing it was over and the charges were dropped. I could not thank him enough and my son hasn’t smiled that much since this began. |

Dan is great! I got an underage possession of alcohol, which is consider a class one misdemeanor. I certainly did not want this on my record! He made sure that my case would get dismissed, and it did! He definitely knows his stuff! Now, on to the expungement phase :) |

My wife found Dan on the internet and I am so glad she did. If not for him I would still be held with no bond. He came into court with everything arranged prior and I was out. Other lawyers promised 2-3 days. Dan delivered that same day. Thanks. |

I got a ticket for reckless driving and got very upset. I had an impeccable driving record in the the past. Reckless driving is something that you don't want on your driving record.If found guilty it is considered a criminal offence. I approached Mr. Miller to represent me and to help bring down my offence to a speeding ticket. Firstly, Mr. Miller and his team put me at ease and handled my case very professionally. Mr. Miller suggested that I complete the 8 hour defensive driving course. We also had a one on one session and he went over my case. He instilled confidence in me. On the day of the court session, he was punctual and showed empathy. He was genuinely concerned about my welfare and asked me to keep a check on my speed in the future. Later during the session, he represented my case very well. He was articulate and requested the judge to pardon me based on my clean past record and the defensive driver's cert. The judge dismissed my case. I would highly recommend Mr. Miller. |

I'm headed to the Board on this guy. He is AWFUL stay far away. We didn't even know if our lawyer was in court until we went up to the JUDGE!!! He didn't know our case and then Incorrectly filed an appeal on a 30 days sentence, he is held with no bond, an appeal can take up to 60 days. More than his sentence, at his convienence he is going to try to go fix it. Then asked me not to contact him again. We paid him over $1,000 and never got to review our case with him. He does NOT communicate and is totally ignorant at the bench, and unprepared (that's an understatment). I will be going to the Board over this guy. I would strongly suggest if your experience with him was as horrible as mine. To do the same. Let's get this guy, before he has a chance to devastate someone else's life. |

Should have fired him like I had been told. Very evasive on fees. Stated fees would be a certain amount and then added many numerous charges. The only time there was communication between him, myself, or anyone from his office was to verify information that had already been given...numerous times in writing and should have been easily accessible in my file. I would then be charged extra fees for the office obtaining info that they already had. At a time when someone is already going through a situation n which he/she is vulnerable, it's very sad when he/she needs to depend on a total stranger fully trusts that person only to be taken advantage of. |

From the moment I met Mr. Miller I was impressed and very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. I was further delighted with the care and courteousness of his staff. In the courtroom, Dan was very tenacious and his performance was jaw dropping. He should be on television. I had Mr. Miller for a wrongful assault charge which, thanks to him, was dismissed. He was sharp and on point. Hindsight, i wouldnt have trusted anyone else with my case. The whole assault charge stemmed from a custody battle which he easily proved. He had a real concern for what I was going through and I am very grateful to have found a lawyer like him. I look forward to working with him for anything i may need in the future, and i will recommend him to EVERYONE I know. |

i first was conveicted using another lawyer. i was refered to miller i hired him i was scaptical but the way he preformed in the court room was awsome he shut the prosacutor down. it was so bad the judge stoped the case in the middle and said dismissed. if you are innocent he is your man. guilty i dont know. i will recomend him to anybody i know. |

I want all to know how pleased I am with the quality of service provided by Mr. Miller's firm & staff. I sincerely appreciate Mr. Miller & his staff for the responsiveness & the way that they conduct business. His name was given to me when I was lost & didn't know where to turn. I needed a voice & I needed to know my legal rights. Both of which I was missing at the time. He was my rock. Mr. Miller is phenomenal. You can sense that he genuinely care about your case. He realizes how much a case can impact a person for the rest of their lives and will try to do anything from his knowledge, experience, and will power to help you get the best results. I had a great experience with Mr. Miller. He is a down to earth lawyer. not an arrogant kind,very efficient. Even the judge made a comment of his efficiency to the paperwork. He expedited both of my cases very professionally. The staff was very helpful. I definitely will recommend him for anyone having legal problems. |

WOW!! That's what I have to say about my experience with Dan Miller. My experience was all positive. He did his homework and it was like cutting butter when we got to court; smooth. I was very nervous when I had to go to court over a traffic accident I was recently involved in. Dan put me at ease almost immediately with his knowledge and tenacity. By the time Dan was finished questioning the other people involved in the accident I did not even have to testify (which was the major source of my nervousness). My innocence was clear to everyone in the room, thanks to Dan. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to others. Aside from his performance during the hearing he was very easy to contact and always kept appointments with me. He also answered all of my questions patiently and with understanding. |

Stay away he the worse lawyer I have ever worked with. I fired him because he handles my divorce case so horribly. He never returns calls he to busy to talk to you When we went to court he had to refresh his memory he didn't even no how long I was separated. I also gave him evidence that he didn't use or look at. He wasted my time and money. |

Oh my God is this lawyer bad, he only cares about the money stay away!! He doesn't seem to care and always seems in a hurry as if you're taking too much of his time 5 minutes? and after I scheduled a date to go over the case with him his secretary calls in and says we'll have to reschedule because he's too busy. Stay away the worst lawyer I ever dealt with in my life!! |

I had a horrible experience dealing with this guy. He never returns phone calls, has too many clients at once to provide adequate defense, and to be frank he just doesn't seem to care. He seems like a good guy, but you'll have to decide if you're looking for a good guy or good legal services. |
